almost all available properties in South East Florida, rest
assured that we will be able to find you a quality property that
works with your credit history.
I have limited Move-In Money. Can you help me?
Definitely! All Free Realty representatives receive daily
listings that offer Move-In Specials that are offering
concessions in Free Rent and/or Limited Security Deposits.
I need to Move Today. Can you help me?
For sure! We are open 7 days a week and work with 95% of open &
vacant properties.
I have a Large Pet or Multiple Pets. Can you help me?
Of course we can! Although pets may narrow your selection of
available properties to some extent your All Free Realty
representative will always be able to find properties where the
landlord likes pets and will accommodate your pet or pets.
What About the Classified Ads? Can you help me?
The South Florida rental market is an extremely active one where
“HOT” Properties can rent in a moments notice and advertised
properties are no exception to that rule. The ad you may have
inquired about, however, may or may not be the best suited for
your individual needs. Fortunately, the properties advertised
are only a small fraction of the properties available to your
All Free Realty representative.
Do I Need a Job, Previous Rental History, A Social Security
Number?
No, although it limits your choices we work with almost all the
"HOT" Properties that may work with your special needs of not
having a job, rental history, or a social security number.
Can I own a Home with the money I would use for rent?
Yes you can! We have many properties where the owner will pay
your closing costs. We have mortgage plans set up for you that
your monthly payment will be less than the rent.
Are there "Rent To Own" or "Lease Option" homes out there?
Yes! Your All Free Realty Representative will be glad to get you
the best Deal where you will be able to own your home at the end
of your lease.
